This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These last few years have been difficult for so many families in our community. Many families are struggling to make ends meet during the pandemic and that means some of my students see empty cupboards and refrigerators.
My students love learning, but some come to school hungry; let's fix that!
This project includes boxes full of filling, nutritious food, like granola bars, raisins, nuts, applesauce, and more. With your help, all students will have full bellies and be able to focus on learning and the work of growing into a strong, smart kids!
