My students need these adjustable over the ear headphones to support their classroom learning on the computer, in this technologically advanced day and age.

My Students

My students walk into our classroom everyday full of life, ready to learn and excited for what is in store for them that day. I ask them, "Who is the best first grade class in the whole world?" and they reply, "We are!" I want them to know I believe in them and they can do anything.

Many students in our district suffer from a variety of adverse childhood experiences.

Thankfully, Reeths-Puffer is a district with so much love for their students and the surrounding community. We continuously strive to find ways to offer support to the students and families whenever needed. Our goal is not only to teach them to be life long learners, but to get them through the hard times and create a community of loving people.

My Project

The headphones that I selected for this project will impact the learning of not only my students, but all the first graders in out building. Growing up in a technologically advanced age, can be costly and challenging. Our school blessed us with the gift of chrome books, but we are still in need of headphones.

This leaves the predicament of having the ability to learn interactively, but the distraction of multiple computers talking at one time.

The headphones will allow students to work independently in groups on the chrome books, in a quiet environment. This will ensure that each student will get the absolute most out of their time on the chrome books.
