Help me give my students their own recorders to practice the music we are learning in class!
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Tsuji's classroom raised $740

My Project
We are learning how to play the recorder in our 5th and 6th grade music classes, and my 4th graders want to join in the fun! They need a set of recorders that they can play on and practice with.
Playing the recorder will help them learn how to read music, and will be a good introduction to the wind instruments they can choose to play in middle/high school.
Many of my students do not have enough money to buy their own recorders, and I do not want to leave them out.
Learning to play a wind instrument will help them with focusing skills, hand/eye coordination, and learning to work together in an ensemble. Reading music will help their literacy and math skills as well. Please help give my students this amazing opportunity, especially when they are at an age where they are so excited about it! I know they are learning, but they look at it as a reward.
