Hello! Thank you for taking the time to view my project! I've been an Autistic Support teacher for 5 years now but this is my first year in the Kindergarten-2nd grade setting. My students all have Autism and range from ages 5-7 years old. COVID has interfered greatly with most of their education as Early Intervention is key for children with different abilities. Most of my students missed it due to the shut down which in turn negatively affected their ability to progress.
I am asking for items for their sensory needs.
Two of my students in particular are very high energy and love to jump; this frog jumper will be great for meeting their needs along with the sensory noodles. I have another student who I believe the cuddle ball would be good for to calm his nerves and allow him to sit for an extended period of time.
