My students need activities, games, supplies, and ink to help fund our technology and STEM activities in class. Students will construct, design and build cars, buildings, and robots with these supplies.

My Students
I teach at an amazing school in the middle of the amazing Saguaro National Park in Arizona. Wonderful and amazing students are in my class every year with parents who support their learning on a daily basis. My students are first graders who are learning how to read, write and do Math. They are also at that time of their lives where they are learning to love going to school or not. Having the resource to many activities and modes of learning may spark this excitement.
My classroom is filled with a variety of students who are excited and motivated by building and creating.
My school is in a low-income, rural area and many of the families at our school have to drive long ways to work and work very hard for every penny they earn so it is important to help try to support them in any way possible. I thrive to supply resources to keep their interest so I want to make sure I have supplies in my classroom for them.
My Project
My students need games and materials to help fund our classroom to be able to do STEM activities. STEM allows students to think outside the box using Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. My students will use these supplies to make, design, and build buildings, cars, robots and so much more! STEM projects will be done in small groups to allow students to be creative and use a part of their brain that is not always used when working in text books or paper and pencil.
Your generous donation will help create and prepare our first grade classroom for a world full of creation and abstract thinking.
Your donation will also go a long way to help prepare students for real world jobs and are now looking for people who think outside the box, are creative, and know how to work as a team. Students love creating and building and this will allow them to learn, while also playing.
