My students are determined to learn!
They are diligent workers, kind, compassionate, inquisitive, and strive to reach their full potential. The principal, assistant principal, teachers, and the rest of the staff at my school work together to support the academic, emotional, and social needs of these wonderful children! We are a family! In this economy, it is extremely hard for many parents to purchase the items needed for their child. Could you imagine not being able to supply your son or daughter with enough paper, pens, books, and folders? Times are tough and sometimes, despite their best efforts, parents are unable to make ends meet. I look forward to easing this burden but without you, that would be impossible. Your donations will have a HUGE impact!
My Project
An assortment of markers will help students have the tools to create masterpieces. Binders will provide them the opportunity to organize essay, after essay. Folders will give student work a wonderful home. A post office will allow me to send home "good job" letters and (hopefully) tests with soaring grades! Bulletin boarders will give life to dull cork boards.
It is hard to convey how much of an impact these supplies will have on my students because for many of us, buying back to school supplies isn't a daunting responsibility.
However, to a child who doesn't have a packed backpack filled with endless supplies, it truly is a remarkable gift! Thank you for choosing my project to fund. I will make sure that I work effortlessly to provide these students with the tools they need to be lifelong learners. Your generosity has and will always inspire me!
