My Project
My wonderful high school reading intervention students are working hard to improve their skills to meet grade level reading standards. The effects of the pandemic during their critical literacy learning are still evident, and I am hoping to stock up on snacks to fuel and motivate my students!
My students attend the most diverse high school in the city, and many come from low socioeconomic backgrounds.
Many of my students are multilingual learners, have IEP's, or are receiving special education services, and additional snacks have a huge impact on their motivation and feelings of comfort in the classroom. Thank you for helping these students succeed!
