it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We're ready! FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) Team 8750, Tarpontron1cs, is ready to go for their second season. I created a robotics team last year and it was a huge success. I registered again this year with the hopes of securing funding to compete in the FIRST Robotics Competition. We secured the funding registration but are in need of materials which will be needed to complete a build.
This project seeks to acquire batteries, power banks, and wire assemblies to power our robot, Quentin Tarpontino, this FRC season.
Any contribution is greatly appreciated. These students are having a blast and learning so much as we prepare for the season. Using their hands to use these tools to actually drill, wire, connect, solder and program our robot will give them the experience needed to succeed in their desired STEM majors at the college level.
