My Project
I am requesting toner for our printer, pencils and copy paper. COVID-19 has severely impacted the funding available for supplies for the students to enhance their learning possibilities. The teachers are unable, because of their low pay, to personally fund these essential items for the children's education. These items will enhance the students' ability to practice and sharpen their skills, and make them more attractive to potential employers when they enter the job market. Not only will this benefit our school community, but rather, it will benefit the entire State of Oklahoma due to the students' enhanced marketability in the workplace in the state of Oklahoma.
