This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am a new third grade teacher in a bilingual multicultural classroom. My students are in need of books at varying levels of complexity. These books would be a great way for my English learners and non English learners alike to help them fall in love with reading.

I am hoping to receive books at a lower grade level to help my English language learners practice reading with more simplistic books.

I am also hoping that I will be able to receive some more challenging books for my students that are in need of enrichment.
