My Project
My students are wonderful young adults who constantly ask questions and are eager to learn. However, they often come to class hungry and have trouble focusing on the material.
With this project, I will have snacks, such as goldfish and crackers available for students when they get hungry.
I will also have math books filled with puzzles and games that will challenge students who either need a little break from the work we are doing or have completed the classwork and would like to solve math puzzles. These books provide students with a "break" from math, while continuing to encourage them to use math to solve problems.
