My Project

Students who are hungry struggle to pay attention in class. This project is to assist us in providing snacks to our students who most of them struggle with food insecurity in their home life.

Our goal is to try to provide our students the ability to have a morning and afternoon snack to help them from having to be hungry at school.

We serve students in the special education setting who have a higher likelihood to be students that struggle with food insecurity and homelessness. Students with these struggles are more likely to not pay attention in class.
