My Students

This is for a very special group of students! They come to us from all over the world. Mexico, Morocco, Korea...everywhere. The common thread is that English is not their first language. To help them understand not only the language but to teach them the Standards for Literature is quite a challenge for us both. To help with that communication gap I would love planners to help this unique group. This help with uniform organization would greatly increase their performance.

My Project

Students who are just learning English for the first time and have to meet standard literature and writing goals need help. Having a planner gives us as teachers a way to help them track all their studies and ensure success. We have a team of 5 different subject area teachers working daily to make our program as strong as it can be. The students have been an integral part of this process. It was on their suggestion that I decided to try and find a way to help them get organized.
