Help me give my students the tools they need to become financially literate. These basic supplies will help create a student store where 2nd and 3rd graders will learn about buying, selling, and accounting!

it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are all English Language Learners in Bronx, NY. They are enthusiastic learners and love reading! Many of my students are new to the country, from Bangladesh, Mexico, Albania, or the Dominican Republic, and others have lived in New York their whole lives.
They love reading about sports, animals, music and arts, as well as stories about kids their own age.
They love doing research projects, drawing, writing, and participating in anything hands on!

My Project
Help me create a store in my classroom where new immigrants and English language learners will buy, sell, and learn accounting skills. Students will be learning to speak, understand, read and write English while learning financial literacy!
We need these clipboards, dry erase boards, pencils, sign holders, paper cutter and file folders to manage our inventory.
They will get to choose what merchandise we have in-stock, become shopkeepers and practice buying and selling. Through these hands-on activities students will learn the practical skills of how to buy, sell, and save up!
