My Students
Our school has about 300 students who study from Pre-K to 5th grade. Most of them are African American children and Hispanic children. Most of them come from low-income families. They are nice and respectful when they interact with other people. They smile at people when they meet people in the morning. Some of them are struggling in math and English, but they work very hard to overcome the challenges. It is my pleasure to be their teacher in the school this year.
My Project
My school distributes many headphones and laptops to students for their remote learning because of the Coronavirus Outbreak. Some students still lack headphones for their remote learning. They live in low-income families, and they don't have money to purchase technology equipment. They are suffering from economic disadvantages. Now, my school is running out of headphones and my school's technology budget is very limited. We don't have the money to purchase new headphones. My students need new Bluetooth headphones so that they can read their online books on Myon, complete math and English assignment on iReady, and complete science assignments on Legends of Learning.
