This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are a diverse group of kids. They come from many walks of life and are founding members of our Montessori school. These materials will make a difference in their learning because we do not have novel study sets at our school yet. We also do not have a school library so this will give them access to literature that they may not otherwise have access to.

Helping students learn to love to read is of utmost importance.

We hope this project will give us the materials that we need to help foster a love of reading.
