it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I'm a third-grade teacher in a small, rural community where many of my students don't have access to books at home. In my classroom, I'm working hard to create a warm, inviting reading area—a special space where students can discover the joy of books, build literacy skills, and develop a lifelong love of reading.
I've already started building this cozy corner with bookshelves and a variety of engaging books that students can also check out and take home.
The last piece we need to complete this space is a soft, comfortable rug where students can stretch out, sit together, and truly enjoy their reading time.
Your support will help me create a reading environment that feels safe, welcoming, and inspiring. A simple rug can make a big difference in helping students feel at home in our classroom library. Thank you for helping make our reading dreams a reality!
