Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Hello! Thank you for donating to our 2nd grade classroom! It's important for young students to learn and play in a fun, safe space.

By donating, you will help me set up a bright, colorful, organized classroom that will make my students feel welcome and ready to learn!

My second graders come from a Title 1 School where funding was recently cut. I would appreciate any help with helping to provide these materials for my students' positive learning environment. I have seen how creating a well organized space can benefit students' academic success as well as using those skills in their homes and community. My students need an area rug to sit on during circle time and independent reading. They also need pencils, colored paper, scissors, dry-erase sheets, flashlights, and laminating pouches to re-use the materials.
