My Students

My 25 Kindergarten and 1st-grade students are eager to learn and start the new school year! I teach at a Title I school in El Cajon, CA and many of my students live in low-income households. I want to make this school year amazing for my students and to spark a love for learning and reading.

My Project

These books will spark a love for books with my classroom of beginning readers. I am a Kindergarten and 1st-grade new teacher and am in need of books to engage and spark creativity for my students. I can use resources from Teachers Pay Teachers to plan lessons using the picture books that will be a part of our classroom library.

The donations to this project will help promote a fun and engaging learning environment with a variety of books for my students to read and explore.

These books will be used for many years to come and will be enjoyed by many young readers.
