This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
The mission of my school is to help every child reach his or her potential by fostering academic excellence, social and personal growth, and economic empowerment. My students generally come from working class families that are committed to academic excellence. They expect excellence from their teachers because we expect excellence from them. My students have great faith in the process that my school has developed to create great scholars. They are into all types technology like most young people their age.
My Project
I want to have the best technology to teach my students virtually during this Corona pandemic. This new computer will come with software that will make my lessons smooth and engaging. Starting next Monday, I will have to teach my students every day through Google Classroom and I need a computer that works. I believe that this computer will help me communicate effectively. This is especially important now because all they have is my virtual lessons. After this is all done, I hope to use this computer in the classroom to be the best teacher I can be for all my students.
