My Project
I am requesting several classroom materials to help my students stay organized, motivated, and nurtured educationally. First, I would like whiteboards and Expo markers so that students can brainstorm writing ideas during class and also participate in lesson surveys (e.g.: write yes or no on your whiteboard based on your understanding). However, this is only half the battle. Because I teach older students, I am also requesting snacks. I teach two senior classes, and they don't eat lunch until the end of the day, so I want to make sure they are nourished while in class. Finally, I am requesting desk organizers because I want to hold myself and my students accountable for the work they turn in.
