My Students

I work at a Title I school in Deltona, Florida. Our school currently is at 83% free and reduced lunch. I have a wide variety of students including those with Individualized Education Plans, ESOL classifications and difficult backgrounds. My students come daily with different challenges, but they are always willing to educate themselves. My class is made up of a variety of fun, loving and eager-to-learn individuals. We enjoy learning and heightening our experiences to new levels.

My Project

My students come to school with an array of obstacles daily. This iPad Pro will help to heighten my students' learning experience. With this iPad Pro, I can assist my recent students who came from Puerto Rico as victims of Hurricane Maria. One particular student who was recently placed in my room has visual deficiencies and will benefit from the iPad Pro.

The students can take advantage of learning by using the large screen to assist with identification of different text features and the ability to zoom in and out.

My students will learn to heighten their language experience and knowledge. With your donation, a whole new learning experience will be appreciated.
