My Project
My track club students are a winning bunch! We do not have an actual track or any indoor gym space. Yet my track club shows up twice a week and we find a place to run.
The Bosu dice, the Bosu trainer and pods and the weighted jump ropes will be a great way to keep the students engaged as the activities we do will vary from day to day.
The Bosu balance trainer and pods will help us build our upper body strength. We have been working on push-ups as part of our warm-up. As students master the push up form, the Bosu trainer and pods will offer a variety of new ways to build on the regular push up.
On rainy days we run the hall or the stairs and on nice days we run outside in the neighborhood. I love that they show up with heart everyday. We try to run a 5k everytime we are outside. We work on warm-ups and we actively cool-down after each run.
