This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This year's He{Art} Journaling and Mixed Media Club will be using these mixed media paper art journals to learn how to put their challenging feelings on paper. This year's fifth graders love art! They also have huge feelings.
These mixed media journals are the perfect choice for these students to use pens, paint and adhesive.
These journals give the students their own space to be creative and get their emotions out in an meaningful artistic way. This in turn helps aid in emotional regulation, which is a big need in these post covid days.
