This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Music is one of the many subjects I teach to my kindergarten students. At this young age, students enjoy dancing and singing along to different types of music. It is amazing to see how much more information they are able to retain when it is presented with music and lyrics.

A portable speaker with a mic can be a valuable addition to our classroom for several reasons including enhancing auditory learning, supporting different learning styles, and lesson versatility.

A portable speaker will allow us to take learning beyond the classroom walls, facilitating outdoor lessons and activities that inspire exploration and creativity. Moreover, the microphone will empower our students to share their ideas confidently during discussions and presentations, promoting active participation and collaboration.

Overall, the portable speaker with a mic will enhance our students' educational experience by facilitating clear communication, promoting inclusivity, and fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment. Through your donation, this musical device will enhance the educational experience of my kindergarteners in several impactful ways.
