This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

At OLA, we’re proud to showcase the many talents of our students through a variety of exciting events. From captivating performances and competitive spelling bees to dynamic presentations, we celebrate the creativity and hard work of our school community in countless ways.

To truly elevate our experiences, we’re seeking wireless microphone systems that will amplify our students' voices and help us capture the magic of these events.

Currently, many of our microphones are either wired or low-quality, which limits the impact of our performances and makes it more challenging to present with clarity.

Our school hosts events in various spaces—like the gym and media center—that are just as important as the stage, and we want to ensure every speaker, performer, and presenter is heard clearly. A set of wireless microphones would be an invaluable tool for these venues, allowing us to amplify voices without the limitations of cords. In addition, a second set of Bluetooth microphones would enable us to easily record content for key events like WOLA News, the Multicultural Fair, orientations, and more.

These microphones would not only enhance the quality of our events, but they would also support our mission to provide every student with the best opportunities to share their talents with our school family. We hope you’ll consider helping us make this vision a reality!
