My Students

My students walk into the classroom full of energy, ready to learn and come excited for what is in store for them each day! I have a very diverse group of students each year and aim to meet their needs with engaging and multi-level teaching strategies. They love hands-on activities and collaborating with one another. At the end of the day I want my students to know that I believe in them and that they can do anything they set their mind to.

My Project

This year our school has transitioned to 1-to-1 by providing each student with a laptop. My classroom is in need of new headphones. My students that brought in headphones at the beginning of the year were low-quality and are now broken. My students use their laptop each day to enhance their learning in all subject areas. By having functional headphones, students will be able to focus and concentrate on their learning.

Our school is a STEAM certified school and we take pride in seeing our students build their critical thinking skills through science, technology, engineering, art and math.

Help give my students hands-on STEAM materials that will encourage their creative thinking skills.
