My Project

CMS is home to a diverse student population, which includes children who are facing extremely challenging living situations and family dynamics. While our school district provides educational resources and counseling, the lack of hygiene and health products (due to humanitarian needs caused by the COVID-19 pandemic) has become a barrier to these students' physical, academic, and emotional well-being.

Children who do not have proper basic needs face numerous challenges, including increased feelings of insecurity and decreased engagement in school activities.

Bad personal hygiene often leads to discomfort and health issues, undermining these students' ability to focus and learn effectively.

As one of the physical education teachers at CMS, I interact with hundreds of students on a daily regular basis. I see many students in need and would love the instant ability to help these kids. I’m interested in getting donations to provide basic needs for kids. Things I can give them that can help make their lives and ways of life a little easier and increase their physical, academic, and emotional well-being.
