Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
The supplies requested are for students to not only get some much-needed exercise but also maintain a healthy well-being.
Physical education helps students get some exercise and at the same time build strong relationships with their fellow classmates through play.
The equipment requested will encourage a sense of working together with the toss and catch. As students play, they need to work together so that they can both play. As students play, they build relationships with their classmates as they play. They need to communicate with each other so that both can catch and throw.
In addition to the toss and play, the supplies requested are snacks. Students can enjoy a much-needed snack after playing with their friends.
