My Project
Educators must ensure that students acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitudes that will lead to positive health and wellness lifestyles. Good health habits also offer the benefits of increased energy; better focus; less stress; more resilience; less time lost at school due to colds, flu, infections and other illnesses; more restful sleep; and improved mental health.

My students will use the snacks and prizes such as fidget spinners to help them have the most success in the classroom. These items address needs that can distract them and other students from learning. Many of my students come from poverty situations, that often lack hygiene items at home or come to school hungry. By having supplies readily available for them, I can spend more time focusing on instruction.
