My Project

About My Students

My students are the heart of our school!

They are bright, energetic, and full of potential. I see them every day, not just when they're feeling under the weather, but also when they need a listening ear, a quick pep talk, or a reminder to take care of themselves. They come from diverse backgrounds, each bringing unique experiences and perspectives to our school community. Many of our students face challenges outside of school, making the support they receive in our health office even more critical. They are resilient, and they inspire me with their ability to bounce back and keep learning, even when things are tough. What makes them truly special is their genuine kindness and their willingness to look out for one another.

My Project

In our busy health office, we're not just treating bumps and bruises; we're building a foundation for lifelong wellness. My goal is to create a space that fosters healthy habits, promotes emotional well-being, and empowers students to take charge of their health. To do this, we need to update our resources and create a more welcoming and functional environment.

My Goals for This Project:

To create a more welcoming and supportive health office environment.

To empower students to take an active role in their health and well-being.

To improve access to essential health resources and information.

To promote healthy habits that will benefit students throughout their lives.

To increase the students knowledge of mental health and coping skills.
