My Project

When you think about students who have a strong desire to be the best, think about my students. They are inspiring individuals who come from places that aren't always ideal. Adversity is the foundation of the life they stand on, but they persevere.

Our students struggle with poverty, homelessness, employment, transportation, and language barriers but in spite of all of this, they show up to school.

I would like to create a Care Closet for students who are in need. My students who haven't eaten that morning or won't eat tonight - care closet has snacks to hold you over to make sure they won't be hungry and can be successful in school.
