Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I teach first grade in a Title I school. Although my students may live in an impoverished neighborhood, my students are vibrant and will brighten up your day! They can be an energetic bunch! They are hard workers and love to show this to anyone who walks into our classroom or whoever they see in the hallway!

My students are an amazing group of children with different abilities and personalities.

They are busting at the seams to learn. They are excited to learn and grow.

My Project

Seven and half hours is a long day for learning! My students need brain fuel to get them through the day!

I am requesting snacks and treats to energize their learning!

I am requesting healthy snacks to keep their brains working and their energy levels stabilized to stay focused throughout the day. I am requesting treats to reward them for staying focused and working hard! Some of the snacks and treats are granola bars, fruit snacks, and cheese crackers.

Your generous donations will help my little first graders excited to learn and stay focused on their work! The snacks will keep them going all day from arrival to dismissal!
