My Project
Many of our children cannot afford healthy snacks daily. They come to school hungry, making it difficult to get through a day of learning when their minds are preoccupied with thoughts of hunger and fatigue, and they cannot focus on the task at hand. These fantastic children know that they are cared for and that people care enough to help them by providing healthy snacks to eat while at school. These healthy snacks will give students what they need to finish the day.
With a challenging year for students and teachers, these comfort things like food are just so essential to them.
These snacks give them a chance to try different foods. They end up enjoying the snacks that are different from what they usually get from home. Thank you for thinking of us and for your kind consideration.
