My Project
My students are hungry!
With rising grocery costs and slashed food benefits for already struggling families, I am seeing a big increase in food insecurity.
My students need healthy snacks to propel them into reading success!
I am trying to stock my snack closet with mind-boosting, nutritious snacks that will help my students focus on making gains in their reading abilities! As a reading interventionist, I need my students concentrating on their classwork, not their empty stomachs!
