My Project

My students need healthy snacks to remain focused and energized during school. Healthy snacks like these will ensure students will be successful in school because they will have brain food. These snacks will offer students a variety of healthy options that will give them a bigger boost during their school day. Students need healthy snacks and treats to remain focused in class. Additionally, many students depend on snacks and meals at school due to food insecurity at home. Providing healthy snacks such as these as well as meal substitutes such as soups or noodles allows students to focus on their education and success rather than feeling hungry.

Full bellies lead to open minds.

Many students are involved in afterschool activities or after school jobs that require long days. Students growing minds and bodies require a variety of healthy snacks and foods to stay full, happy, and healthy! Healthy snacks like these snacks will ensure that my students will be successful in the classroom by providing this much-needed brain food. Having children who are well-fed and not hungry makes a difference in their individual performance and how much they are contributing to the classroom. Additionally, teens are often dehydrated due to their busy schedules. Having water readily available in the classroom not only keeps the students hydrated but also cuts down on class time missed to leave and get water throughout the day.
