My Project

We have a group of growing and very hungry 4th and 5th graders that could really use some healthy and easy to eat snacks in their classrooms. Many of our students experience food insecurity at home. It is really difficult to focus and learn when you are hungry. School is a safe place for many of today's students to be loved and fed. Having quick snacks in the classroom allows teachers to help students fulfill this basic need and then return to their job which is to learn and grow into amazing human beings.
