Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Middle school students clean daily as they rotate classrooms and need to maintain everything clean. It is difficult to maintain these routines when we run out of supplies. Students understand that during these times we need to continue to clean our classroom. We clean with Clorox wipes, Lysol spray, and paper towels using gloves.

Sanitizing our classroom keeps us healthy to continue our learning.

We encourage each other to keep our spaces clean and sanitized before switching to the next class. Having enough materials will keep our classroom healthy including Kleenex.

Making interactive notebooks are engaging and students learn quickly, which also means making copies. Making copies for all classes requires copy paper to be able to cut, paste, color, and keep clean.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
