Healthy Choices

Help me give my students health related swag, such as jump ropes, hula hoops, balls, and skip jumps, as well as shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste, and toothbrushes!

My Students

On our campus, students love to move about! We love to have our preschoolers cruising by on tricycles, elementary students focused on scoring goals on the soccer field, and, "Look! There are some of our middle school students teaming up on the volleyball court!"

It doesn't matter the age, kids love to move!

School is a perfect place to play with friends, show sportsmanship, and start healthy habits! We love to see our kids moving and happy, and our goal is enrich and perpetuate these healthy habits!

The decision to engage in a healthier lifestyle by replacing bad habits with good ones takes knowledge and support. We are blessed to have caring people in our community rallying for each other so that we can be healthier and find longevity together!

My Project

We want our students to be healthy and happy! Therefore, we are humbly asking for your donation so that we may purchase hula hoops, skip jumps, and jump ropes. These items will be rewards for students as well as their family members attending our annual health and wellness event in November. Students who complete an entire stamp card can redeem it for these prizes. In order to receive stamps, students can participate in physical fitness challenges and visit with different health related advocates who will be on site.

In support of our school community as well as our community at large, we want to try to meet the health-related needs of each community member.

We know that this will not be easy, but based on last year's event's turn out and feedback, we at least know that there is a demand for it. By providing where we can in this happy community, we are saying, "your health and happiness is important to us!" and sometimes that's all it takes for an individual, a family, a community to take the challenge of making changes that lean toward a healthier and longer life.
