My Project

My scholars are unique and special because they are mine. Each one brings a uniqueness to our library, enriching the learning environment for all. My 350 scholars represent a diverse range of backgrounds and academic achievements. A common thread among all is the love of reading we strive to build upon in our library.

COVID-19 has impacted learning over the past two years in a multitude of ways, including increased health awareness.

As a librarian, this means that I have had to become much more aware of ways to keep my scholars engaged while also keeping my library safe and clean.

Our library is the heart of our school, filled with excitement and energy. I am requesting basic cleaning and disinfecting supplies to help me keep my library safe and clean. This will allow my scholars to stay healthy and engaged in their academic achievement. Especially at the elementary ages, scholars tend to be more tactile and germs spread easily. These important cleaning and disinfecting supplies will support my efforts in ensuring my library is a safe and clean space for all of my scholars.
