Help me give my students access to materials that are needed for specific Health Related projects, as well as for everyday use in Health and Physical Education. Thank you!
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Thank you so much for taking the time to consider donating to my Health & PE classrooms. I am looking to fund everyday items that are used in my courses. Any excess material not used this year will be shared with other individuals within my department or will be rolled over to my future classes for the 2024-25 school year.
Here are some details about how the materials are used in my classroom:
- The poster board is used for projects related to advocating for improved mental health and informing individuals on various body systems.
- The Electronic Clicker will be utilized by myself daily, as well as by students when they present their projects on topics related to Lifetime Fitness and Drug Education.
- Pencils will be available for those who forget materials on a given day.
Students will return to pencils back to me at the end of the period unless they express need to use it in other classes.
- I currently have one ruler that is being utilized by all students for projects. Having more would be extremely helpful.
- In order to keep materials in the best shape possible, I would love to have access to a few pencil boxes to best organize and protect the materials I currently own in my classroom.
- I am always in need of pens when it comes to grading work and giving meaningful feedback.
- Indoor soccer goals are used for soccer, handball and hockey units.
- Various colors of kickballs and hula hoops are used for different teamwork and collaboration games in PE.
