My Project

What I love most about my students is their resilience and willingness to grow, even when life throws them challenges. Each of them brings a unique story, personality, and spark. I feel honored to support their emotional and academic journeys every day.

Many of my students are working through anxiety, trauma, or social-emotional struggles.

They may not always have the words to express what they're feeling—but they thrive when given the right tools.

That’s where these therapy games come in.

Each resource I’ve selected will help students:

Build emotional vocabulary so they can better understand and talk about their feelings.

Practice social skills like turn-taking, active listening, and empathy in a fun, low-pressure setting.

Develop coping strategies for stress, frustration, or sadness through interactive play.

Increase focus and self-regulation—skills that carry over into the classroom and beyond.

These games will not only support therapeutic goals but also create moments of joy, connection, and confidence. With your help, we can turn everyday play into powerful growth.
