Healing Hearts: Tools for Traumatized Students

Help me give my students the tools they need to manage anger, regulate emotions, and develop social skills. I am a school psychologist who works with children with trauma backgrounds, and significant challenges with emotion regulation.

My Project

My students have significant trauma backgrounds. Because of this, they have challenges with anger management, emotion regulation, and relationship building. As a school psychologist, I help students develop skills in these areas.

I believe the board games, activities, and soothing sensory tools included in my wishlist will help these students open up.

These tools will also help them develop the skills they need to succeed in life.

My students are special because they are intelligent, creative, and hilarious! In order to thrive even more, they need to learn about healthy relationships and coping strategies.
