Headphones Would Be Music to Our Ears!

My students need headphones so they can properly do their assignments and interactive lessons on their school donated IPads.

My Students

As a new teacher in a low income school district, I have noticed that my students are faced with many challenges both in and out of the classroom. Despite these challenges they face, they still want to learn and succeed. My students deserve every opportunity to do so. Many of my students' families do not have the money to buy school supplies for them at all.

How can we close the achievement gap when students do not have the basic school supplies they need to succeed?

Students that do not have their supplies are proven to be left behind as well as feel like they are not good enough to even be taught.

My Project

My students need these headphones in order to do interactive lessons and assignments on their school donated IPads. Since most of my students cannot afford to buy headphones or have to share earbuds with siblings, I thought this would be a great way to give them headphones without embarrassing them! That is why I am asking for a classroom set that will last for years to come!

Please help my students learn to enjoy learning and interacting with technology and help to close the achievement gap!

My students need these headphones to do their lessons in Reading and Math. These lessons will help the children that are not on grade level to move and up, but without headphones they cannot hear the instruction to know what to do.
