My Project
I teach diverse first graders, and some come from low income. They love technology but complain about the headphones. Many have stopped working, or the jack broke off. Most students come from families that cannot afford to buy them their own headphones.
Please help me give my students 30 comfortable headphones with a USB connection.
USB provides a secure connection that gives a clearer sound and doesn't break off. This will ensure that my students have working headphones that will work all year and maybe beyond this year. We use the computers to test, read, and engage in instruction, and work through programs aligned with the standards.
