This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students walk into the classroom every day full of life, ready to learn, and excited for what is in store for them that day.

Our public charter school is an eclectic mix of middle and high school students working hard to overcome obstacles and achieve success regardless of their personal situations.

Almost 80% of our students qualify for free or reduced meal with that, we have a 0% drop-out rate and a 100% college acceptance rate. Our dedicated staff takes personal interest in helping our students succeed not only academically but socially and emotionally as well. It is our goal to produce well-balanced, productive young adults that have the tools they need to be responsible, contributing members of society

My Project

In a computer classroom, it can be noisy and distracting to students to listen to audio speakers when there are multiple computers in the classroom. Headphones help the students focus on their assignments and will help to limit distractions. Headphones help keep all students on the same level and encourage them to pay attention and interact with the teacher because they can hear every word.

Headphones are the perfect accessories to enhance my lesson plans.They make lesson plans more easily heard, they create quieter classrooms for better learning, and they help students focus.

Giving each student a headphone will also control the spread of germs. Please consider helping me to add headphones to my classroom.
