This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students come from a low socio-economic background and deserve an equitable learning environment. Each one of them has the potential to grow and make something of themselves. The headphones I am requesting will help them cancel out any distracting noise and amplify the audio during their i-ready lessons for math and reading. In addition, we are piloting a zearn program with them as an additional resource to help enhance their mathematics proficiency skills. In addition, I am requested an additional charger adapter for their iPads because students are always asking me for a charger!
