Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My third grade students are creative and full of questions! They are all back to the classroom and are ready to try new things and take brave chances in order to grow both personally and academically. My kids come from a low income community and qualify for free lunch. Family resources financially are lacking, but I want to provide my learners with tools they need to be successful.
It would be a great benefit to my students to have their own personal headphones and not have to share due to COVID.
My kids are truly an incredible group, and I am so lucky and thankful to have a group of learners that are excited and ready to learn!
My Project
My students will benefit by having personal headphones, so exterior noise will be blocked out and it will give the students an opportunity to improve their focus level and concentration. Outside distractions will be limited. They will each receive a pair of headphones and not need to share due to Covid. Germs and contamination will be avoided. My learners are not vaccinated. They will use their headphones during scheduled remote instructional days as well as in the classroom. Please help my students become the learning rockstars I know they can be with improved concentration levels.
