This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are bilingual, they are in a dual language program at our school. Several of my students come from different countries, they speak mostly Spanish but are learning English. We are a Title 1 school and any extra materials are crucial for our learning. My students come everyday with joy and love in their hearts. However, many of them do come from a difficult background so they don't take anything for granted. They are very appreciative of everything education has to offer.

My Project

My students have been so excited to use their iPads, and with the help of these headphones their learning will sore! I plan to use these headphones during their RTI (intervention) time where we will explore phonological awareness, reading, writing, and listening skills... specifically in English. My students will use several apps including Istation, Imagine learning, Starfall, and many more in order to boost their grades and their confidence in the English language. With the help of this headphones my students will be able to focus all their attention on their learning without distractions from the class. They will be able to enjoy the technology in their classroom.
