My classroom is full of diversity! We have students from around the world who live in our community. As a science teacher, having students able to access the content by listening to readings in the language they choose allows them to understand science, while they are learning English. Headphones are necessary with 25 students at a time all listening to the content being read. It allows for each student to be met exactly where they are and succeed in content. Using headphones will ensure that each student gets what they need for success!
